Responsibilities
Recruitment & Account Management:
- Coordinating recruitment activities with off shore recruiters for quality submission of the candidates.
- Review requirements with the off sore team, ensuring understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements to recruiters.
- Review and screen candidates for submission to clients
- Should be well experienced in Full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate assessment and consulting with stakeholders, in corporate environment.
- Conduct local and national searches utilizing the internet, networking, public relations, marketing, creativity and internal resources to identify qualified candidates, develop strong relationships, closed candidates for employment opportunities and HR-related activities including 1099/W2 contracts
- Edit modify and format candidate resume for submission to client.
- Follow up with candidate/employer for any RFP/RFQ/RLB required information which is necessary for proposal submission.
- Communicate with client & candidates to schedule interviews, be on-site for such interviews
- Follow up with candidates after interview for interview feedback and if required paper work to join
- Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure efficient processes.
- Develop effective pipeline of key talent potentially available resources, though local network, referrals and networking
- Develop & maintain relationships with hiring managers and consultants. Schedule regular touch point with client & consultants
- Schedule monthly meeting with client, hiring managers and teaming partners for feedback, follow up & future work
- Assist in all client meetings, prepare presentation and follow up after meetings
- Develop sales pipeline for the division by tracking state & local opportunities through input & procurement sites
- Review RFP, attend pre bid proposal conference and provide summary to senior executives
Administrative & Support
- Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs and resource planning strategies.
- Maintain executive’s schedule for all meetings including follow ups and scheduling meetings
- Help preparing proposal (printing & binding) and deliveries to the client on time
- Provide day to day administrative support to State & commercial practice including time sheet tracking of consultant
- Participate in all aspects of marketing and public relations including job fair, exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, booth set up and hospitality events
- Help accounting & HR for any payroll/benefits related questions. Identify and resolve clients/consultants problems in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with recruitment and account management
- Experience working with off shore team
- Previous experience with IT company preferred
- Knowledge of Job boards, recruitment portals, state procurement systems
- Knowledge of Input, sales force & quick books will be plus
- Possession of excellent verbal & written skills, good team player, team development, client relationship, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with proposal writing, candidate on-boarding, account receivable/account payable, trade shows is preferred
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- BA or BS degree
