Raymond L. Reinhard Promoted to Vice President, Air Force and DoD Programs.

Fairborn, OH – March 15, 2010 – Flairsoft Limited promoted Raymond Reinhard to Vice President of Air Force and DoD Programs. He will be responsible for spearheading Flairsoft’s growth in the defense market and managing the day-to-day operations of the Federal Practice’s Fairborn office location.

In his position as Director, AF and DoD Programs, Reinhard was instrumental in developing Flairsoft’s presence at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and leading the firm to unprecedented growth.

Reinhard brings with him more than 30 years of experience in financial development, information systems/infrastructure management, life-cycle analysis/management and program management. He has achieved noteworthy results working high-visibility projects and resolving financial issues for large government entities including SAF/FM, the 554th Electronic Systems Wing, HQ AFMC and AFRL, where he served as Deputy CIO. He holds a BA in Mathematics from Ohio Northern University and has completed programs at Carnegie Mellon and MIT’s Sloan School of Business. Reinhard is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has earned Level II and III certifications through the Air Force Acquisition Professional Development Program.
