Knowledge Services is the full-service Managed Service Provider responsible for overseeing all service delivery activities for the staff augmentation contract, including Agency consultation, Vendor response management, performance oversight, Candidate evaluation and validation, Interview facilitation, Invoice processing, Help desk support. The Ohio IT Staff Augmentation Services Contract is used by the State and other public-sector organizations as the preferred method for procuring hourly time and material resources
