Responsibilities

The individual should possess solid relationship and communication skills; be experienced working with Business customers, IT staff and Vendors; and have excellent Project Management and negotiation skills. They desire a person who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, has solid Change Management skills and has experience managing diverse teams in multiple locations.

The client desires a Project Manager with SDLC experience who has 8-10 years experience in Project Management roles with a successful track record. This resource needs to be a person who can work hand-in-hand with the developers, run the stand-up meetings, and can help make the business more Agile.

Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects under his/her direction. Integrates financial data for multiple projects. Compares financial data for practice to that of other practices and seeks ways to maximize revenue. Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
