  • Provide day to day administrative support to Departments including time sheet tracking of consultant
  • New staff on-boarding and employee off -boarding
  • Manage benefits, IRA and maintain all HR files and contracts
  • Help accounting & HR for any payroll/benefits related questions. Identify and resolve clients/consultants problems in a timely manner
  • Participate in all aspects of marketing and public relations including job fair, exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, booth set up and hospitality events across US
  • Greet Office Visitors and Answer Phones
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings
  • Maintain and update organizational chart
  • Maintain contact list and current staffing spreadsheet
  • Schedule travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Coordinate monthly Executive Managers board meetings, Business Development & Project Managers meetings
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up with action items
  • Assist with editing and printing of proposals as needed
  • Format and edit miscellaneous documents as needed
  • Update all resume‚Äôs into Flairsoft format
  • Create proposal templates
  • Create power point presentations
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Order all office supplies
  • Copy, print, fax documents as needed
  • Schedule and organize Social events
  • Maintain inventory asset list
  • Organize & file all documents via hard or soft copy


Education/Skills Required:

  • Undergraduate degree in English, Marketing or similar
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Expert with Microsoft office suite (word, excel & PowerPoint)
