Experience in working/consulting with solution delivery teams on the distributed computing technologies. Must have a thorough understanding of scalable, secure and robust n-tier architectures. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required, with ability to create and deliver effective presentations to upper management and technical architects across the organization. Experience with modeling tools such as Rational Software Architect , System Architect or other similar tools. Good domain knowledge in any of the following: Banking, Capital Markets, Retail, Insurance, Cards and Payments, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc. Good communication skills.

Minimum of 8+ years exp in solution architecture, design of enterprise applications on the .NET platform The candidate must have extensive experience in Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 including Team Suite or Team Foundation Server features The candidate must have extensive experience of application development using .NET 3.5 framework (WCF, WPF, WF, Silverlight) The candidate must have extensive experience in working with relational database systems. (Oracle, SQLServer) The candidate must have experience in defining and applying technology related standards, process and governance.

The candidate must have experience with Microsoft-based portal frameworks e.g. .Net Nuke, WSS 3.0, MOSS 2007, will be an advantage Strong understanding of OOAD, UML models, design patterns and application development processes and practices Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies (Operating Systems, security, network, High Availability, storage etc) Experience in multiple IT disciplines and relevantarchitecture experience with understanding of architectural concepts (data, technical and solution), issues and trends.
