Define, implement and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to effectively fill positions. Utilize full cycle recruiting process to include: sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for open positions. Maintain integrity of automated recruiting systems and other staffing information processes. Ensures adherence with all federal, state and local regulations governing the recruitment process. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Sound business ethics and show consistency between principles, values and behaviors. Strong client/customer service focus. Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency with web-based resume search and posting engines.
As the Recruiting Account Manager, you will effectively manage job setup and fulfillment from conception to completion according to our processes and best practices, while adapting to daily changes in priorities. You’ll proactively build and maintain customer relationships by establishing credibility through follow-up, actions, expertise and results. You have an instinctive desire to understand the industry, you stay on top of the job market and compensation trends and you are always looking for ways to learn more.
Bachelors Degree with 2+ years of professional recruiting experience with proven results.
